Research data management

Data management is a vital part of research. You may need to consider several aspects before, during and after a research project. Being aware of how your data should be managed from the very beginning will save you a lot of time. To work with data in a structured way may also make archiving, and potentially making the data available, easier. When the project is nearing completion, you need to decide how your data is to be managed in the future.

Here, we have gathered information about important issues such as: organizing data, sharing data, regulations on managing sensitive data and personal information and writing a Data Management Plan (DMP). You will also find links to useful resources and services. Contact the library of you have questions, we can help you find information or direct you to the right support function.
