Strategy seminar about external engagement

Ulf Johansson, Vice Dean with special responsibility of external engagement, is inviting you to a strategy seminar and workshop when we will discuss the School's strategy about external engagement.

In our strategy about external engagement it says that the strategy is supposed to strengthen our relations with organizations around the world. An important starting point in relationship building is to try to see yourself through the eyes of the other person, to have an outside and inside perspective. How does the outside world see us, what do we do well, less well, and what is missing?

Ulf will present some preliminary results of an ongoing data collection regarding the above mentioned. This is followed by discussions in smaller groups about what we see as important and prioritized development areas, given the outside world's image. This material will then form the basis for continued discussions about collaboration strategy in the Samverkansrådet (Council of external engagement) at LUSEM, with the intention of being able to announce funds for collaboration initiatives in line with priority areas during the early autumn.
